Rules/Guidelines For Official & Un-Official Clans

All clans seeking to become official must follow the exemplar guide which can be found here; viewtopic.php?f=460&t=650
Clans seeking to become official don't need a set page amount, they just need to show continued activity throughout their attempt to become an official clan. Keep in mind that this is required even after gaining official status.
A minimum constant activity of two weeks is required to be achieved for a clan to become official. Keep in mind that this is the minimum time required. Following the two weeks, provided that you've followed the clan thread example and all the rules well, the clan's leader will be contacted for the clan to become official.
An adjustment of the old clan rules is that there will be no more warnings and checks as one singular player being caught farming or hacking will not impact the clan as it is not the clan's entirety at fault, it is the singular player. It is understood that leaders can't control every single member and their actions and as a result, this rule has been changed.
*** However, players caught distinctly farming points that go towards the maps will have consequences applied to their clan, be it closure or being removed as an official clan.
Spamming the clan thread will result in those posts being deleted, also, using multiple accounts to gain more posts will not be tolerated. These alternate accounts will be banned and the posts deleted.
Anyone is allowed to post on a thread to keep it active but ensure that you do get the actual members of your clan to post as well. These threads will be moderated to ensure that at least some of them do. If it's deemed that not enough members of clan are posting, the clan may take a longer period to gain official status.
Seeing as the blacklist has been abolished, clans that were featured on there will be allowed to attempt becoming official again but they will take considerably longer time frames to regain official status.
